Phillip Cousins – Principal
Co-inventor, Phillip Cousins has over 25 years experience in the
high technology industry, including the successful marketing
and sales campaign for IBM’s first PC software product.
Phillip was directly involved in managing the threefold expansion
of the sales force at Data General Corporation to push the company
over the $1B revenue mark. He designed and launched the New Hire
training program to rapidly increase staffing levels for Honeywell,
he consulted to Digital Equipment’s Knowledge Based Services
and Solutions Group to establish it as a profit center and he
has prior management experience as founder of two start-up companies.
He earned his B.A. in Philosophy and Sociology, and a Masters
degree in Instructional Design. He holds an advanced degree in
Administration Policy and Social Planning from Harvard University.
